Meet our new sprouts!
Here’s our new Trainee Multi-Tasker, Lee (Left), and our new Social Sensei, Scarlet (Right).
We welcome Lee, who will be working on Bookkeeping and other such tasks, and we welcome Scarlet, dealing with the marketing and Social Media side of things. When we’re at our most organised and on top of our duties we have Lee to thank, and when we want a swanky Facebook post or a snazzy newsletter we can count on Scarlet. They’ve received the excellent job titles of Trainee Multi-Tasker and Social Sensei.
Lee has a degree in Mathematics from the University Of Chester and Scarlet has a degree in Philosophy from the University of Reading. Yet, we chose them not for their qualifications but for how well they’d fit into the Sprout atmosphere and the ways in which we can offer them training and knowledge that will benefit them throughout their lives. We’re not just employing them, we’re giving back to them by helping to set them up for a future even brighter than the ones they already had.
They join us currently as part of the Kickstart scheme offered by the government which aims to employ 16-25 year olds currently on universal credit, but we hope that by the end of their 6 month contract with us, they’ll become a permanent part of the Sprout family. We’re super happy to have them with us and they’re already greatly helping us to shout about Sprout! Now we have someone else to fill out the Sprout HQ office and make use of our shiny new coffee machine.
We’re very proud to be able to expand Sprout like this and we’re excited to see where the addition of these two new little sprouts will take us. We hope that they’ll make your experience with Sprout the best one possible.
